Thank you for your response. The flowers were nice, but communication could have been better. I called about my order approximately two weeks in advance and again on Monday, the holiday, because that is what I was specifically instructed to do. We also discussed the specific flavors and items for the order about a week before delivery, so I am not sure why your response is framed as though special accommodations were made at the last minute.
