I gave this salon three chances because my first visit was pretty good. My second visit, which was some time ago, was disappointing because the guy cut my hair disproportionately, but I thought it might have just been an off day. Unfortunately, I had the same experience again today. I asked for long layers with curtain bangs and even showed a reference photo, but the result looked nothing like what I requested. Told me I can come for an appointment, after I spent time driving there they called me at 7:18 to say they were closed. Google maps says 20:00, honestly why tell me I could come and when I get there within the time allotted you say you are closed.
I had a great first haircut last month so I brought my Korean mother in law. They did a great job and pampered her the Korean way. We will definitely be repeat customers!
Fast, professional, and affordable. I love that they have multiple barbers on staff, so I’m in and out without the typical hour-long wait. The team is clearly experienced and the pricing is the best in the area. Been a loyal customer for 3 years and don't plan on going anywhere else
I’ve been going to this barbershop for about a year and always had decent experiences with the two young Korean ladies and the young Latino barber. However, this last time was different. I was seated with an older Korean lady who was extremely impatient; her skills were lacking and she gave me a very strange-looking haircut. I probably won’t be going back.
