Toni is truly one of a kind! I have used Toni for many years off and on through a variety of injuries. She's always able to help put me back together and keep me racing and moving with minimal downtime! Her knowledge and approach isn't like anything you've ever experienced. I highly recommend!

Truly a gem in Fort Worth! Toni gets to the root cause of your pain and not only relieves your issue, but educates you and gives you tools to strengthen and mitigate a resurgence. Her space feels like stepping into a treehouse spa --both relaxing and renewing your physical and spiritual being.
I was several months out from my Achilles surgery and was still in a great deal of pain. A close friend had utilized Toni for his troublesome calf which he had amazing results. He recommended her to me and what a difference it made. After one session, I was able to commence easy running again as the pain I was experiencing was eliminated.
