We purchased my daughter's homecoming dress from here. We did a "final try on" at home to make sure everything was good to go 3 days beforehand, and found a manufacturer's defect. One of the seams had popped. I sent Olive & Grace a message at 9:30PM-ish on the Wednesday before the dance, asking if they would fix it for us. When I got measured I had told them I was rapidly losing weight the dress that I tried on and picked out was a size 10. And it had barely zipped up. So I told them to order a 12. But the lady had said, I was measuring at a 14. So I then told her that I had lost 20lb in a mth in ahalf she still insisted me getting a size 14 so I did now I have to alter my dress to about a size 10 which is gonna cost me just as much as the dress was.
Small selection, few to pick from and price more than I was willing to pay. My sister and sister in law both found nice dresses though.
