We purchased my daughter's homecoming dress from here. We did a "final try on" at home to make sure everything was good to go 3 days beforehand, and found a manufacturer's defect. One of the seams had popped. I sent Olive & Grace a message at 9:30PM-ish on the Wednesday before the dance, asking if they would fix it for us. I received a reply within 15 minutes asking if I could bring in on Thursday morning. Showed up, dropped off the dress, and picked it up on Friday!
