Went celebrate a birthday with a large party. Servers did a fantastic job.
Today our family celebrated our daughter/Granddaughter’s birthday at the Olive Garden in Plainfield/Joliet. Alexa was our waitress and she was outstanding. Her kind and attentive attitude was so refreshing. She definitely allowed us all to have a wonderful celebration. Charlie, the hostess was wonderful as well. She was understanding and was able to accommodate seating our family member with a walker. Our dining experience was spot on and deserving of a 5 star review.
My daughter and I dined in and had an amazing experience. She has a daily allergy that makes it challenging to eat out sometimes. Jess was our waitress and she made sure to let the kitchen know about her allergy. Gus the general manager came to our table to talk to us about the precautions they were taking and to ensure the items she ordered were safe for her to eat. He got down to eye level to speak to my daughter and showed her where to see the allergen menu on the kiosk. He was also the one to bring her dinner to our tabl... read more
