Every time we have been there they have the same story, we get a waiter who is in training and has only worked there 2 days. So either the Plano Olive Garden is the area training center or their waiters quit too often. It’s annoying because they don’t know what to do, food takes much longer to order and they always get it wrong. When you ask for a second bowl of soup by the time it gets to the table I’m already digesting the first bowl. And what Italian restaurant doesn’t have manicotti in their regular menu!!!!!????
We went to this restaurant yesterday March 28, 2026. Decided to order a simple menu of soup and salad. While we were ordering, waitress was extremely RUDE and NASTY. She was literally yelling at us for everything. We never had this kind of treatment from a restaurant server anytime! My wife go to the Olive Garden on east broadway in Tucson almost weekly and have almost always enjoyed the food and service however on the last couple of visits we have noticed that service has continued to be very good but quality control on the drinks and food have taken a drastic drop First the soft drinks at this restaurant have always been some of the best in Tucson but something has changed and they now taste flat and surgery. Really poor costumer service, stuff did not care about there costumers, I really disappointed about Olive Garden at willowbrook mall at Houston tx, I was trying to talk to Angie I think she is one of the managers in there, I was trying to talked to her, I was trying to talk to her, explain the situation, but she wouldn't let me speak and then she hung up on me.
