The hosts just look at who when you walk in they don’t help you or tell you to wait. They aren’t welcoming then they are always understaffed or wait times for bread , soups, drinks are ridiculous. You come to Olive Garden to experience the breads and soups they should always be ready. We were told soups weren’t available at the moment nor was bread available till after we were done with our dinner and getting ready to go. I think our server was new and that is totally fine but the entire experience was wierd. At least 6 different people came to check on our table or to bring drinks. The server got my order wrong which again totally fine but when I told her my order again the manager still came a 3rd time to make sure the order was okay. By this time my husband and son had finished eating so I requested it to go. Service was excellent, friendly attitude and attentive. The minestrone soup was really good hot and flavorful. The chicken was tasty along with the spaghetti. Ice tea was also brewed correctly and good to my palette. Resturant was super clean and the manager was overlooking the Olive Garden operation. Also the rest room was spotless and functional.
