We dined in for lunch on May 9th with two of my old friends and their children. It was very special moment. I think the server should catch the meaning of the occasion from our conversation and atmosphere. This server, however, was not. Her attitude bothered me because she stepped in our conversation whatever and whenever she needed. There were moments I really wanted her to hold and wait just a few seconds before she started, respectively. No modesty she showed. The customer first at the restaurant. Am I wrong?
Despite the hostess negative energy when seating guests is the first impression. Our dine in experience was one of the most enjoyable experiences. Alejandra was perfect and you couldn’t tell she was training until the very end. She was such a pleasure from start to finish. The food was amazing (though the first soup and salad wasn’t prepared well) we moved forward to our entrees and they were served to perfection (taste and freshness).
