The managers follow the servers around and don’t seem to help, the serves are all very sweet but are at the table too often. The surveys at the end are very annoying and make no sence. The atmosphere is very tense and everyone seems nervous.
The food was really good, I was a little upset our server was only able to get us 1 side of bread and salad but over all 10/10 give her a 15$ tip
I love Olive Garden normally the food and service is amazing but today I had a server that didn’t check on my table once. After the food and drinks had been given too use we didn’t see him again. We did see him going to other tables and taking their orders but he never asked us if we needed something the entire 40 minute's we were there. We had to wave down another person to get a drink refill and we had to get this same guy to get us togo boxes and we never received the Olive Garden chocolates because he did not check on us... read more
