While the food and service at this location were excellent, I was deeply unsettled by the behavior of the manager, Bea. I rarely post reviews, but the poor treatment of the staff I witnessed compelled me to speak out. During my visit, I observed Bea speaking very rudely to an employee. 0 out of 5 stars. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. From the start, the service made no sense—we were told we couldn’t have a swing to hold my daughter’s car seat next to us, which made things unnecessarily difficult for our family. We were a party of six, yet they would only bring out six breadsticks at a time, and to make it worse, they were hard and burnt. Definitely not what you expect.
