Have you ever been to Olive Garden and not gotten a single breadstick? During our entire meal we were told breadsticks were being made fresh, not a SINGLE breadstick made it to our table. Even after asking the manager, Russell. No refills on drinks and WE had to get up and get togo boxes. Terrible server and service. The manager, Russel, is useless and incompetent
We enjoy going to Olive Garden when we visit Santa Fe. Normally the service is good. Today we decided to have lunch before my 1:30 Dr. appointment. We arrived just before noon. Ordered shortly afterward, but didn't get served until 12:50. Around 12:30 the server explained that there was a faulty order pad and that our order did not get processed but it should be out shortly. Needless to say we had to ask them to make the order to go. Great place to eat pasta. Very attentive staff. Watch out for pressing the Play Now button for the games as it will cost you 3$. No warning. We however got it off the bill again which was great service as we literally only pressed the button and pressed a few times. Will come back for sure 😊.
Got a ordered delivered and order often . The breadsticks came hard as a rock not even edible . Called and spoke with the manager on duty and she tried to tell me maybe because they were waiting for the order to get picked up that could of contributed to the rock hard breadsticks. I told her no I have left breadsticks from you guys overnight on my counter and they have never got hard . So disappointed and also in her reasoning.
