Unsafe food in unsanitary conditions. Server gave me a dirty napkin (looked like mucus.) My daughter found a 1"-ish sized piece of wood in her pasta. The salad looked like someone else's leftovers, with an olive had visible teeth marks. Food was remade, but we didn't eat it. The soup was hot. That was the only good dish. I didn't even tell the manager that there were so many problems after he treated us as if we purposely contaminated our food. We went to Olive Garden for my son’s birthday, and the experience wasn’t the best. I had asked privately for a tiramisu surprise at the front desk, but our server, Kennedy, came to the table and announced it before bringing the cake. It made the moment awkward and took away from the surprise we had seen planned for him. Which I felt was on purpose at that point.
The hosts were super rude. We were a party of eight and were told the wait would be at least 2 hours. When they told us that, it was noticible they were annoyed and just didnt want to have to deal with us. We stuck it out for 1½ hours, thinking they'd stick to that timeline. But then another group of eight—who came after us—got seated at exactly the same time we did. Not before, not after. Right alongside us.
