It's a shame, changing from 5 stars to overall 3, 4 cars in the parking lot, walk in, 3 - 4 ppl standing around, I was a single, they told me it would be 10 min.s, I'm on my lunch, i dont have time to wait 10 min.s to be sat at lunch, I hate it because I had my heart set on it and was really looking forward to it, 😔 😟 😢
OMG - an Olive Garden without a corkscrew for almost (2) full days? Yep - unheard of but true. The Olive Garden on Pleasantburg and 253 was a ghost town Sunday Evening at 7pm. Placed our order.. a bottle of Chianti, minestrone soup (never ending), breadsticks, water and chicken Alfredo. Simple enough. Sat waiting for 15-20 minutes with just water, and waitress comes back to say we can’t find a wine key to open your wine. HORRIBLE TURNED THE LIGHTS DOWN AS EATING MADE PEOPLE EAT IN DARK FORGOT THE CHICKEN ON MY CHICKEN ALFREODO AND SERVICE WAS BAD OVERALL
At 8:45 they cut the lights down by atleast half and I ask them to please turn them back up that im not eating in the dark and the manager refused and said she couldn't they dont close until 10pm. Will never come back to the cherrydale location
