Food is always delicious . I usually order for pickup. Everything has always been quick and staff very friendly.
My dining experience is always pleasant and the staff, especially Ashley (an assistant manager), is very professional. After viewing footage of Ashley calmly attempting to diffuse a situation with a disrespectful and dishonest patron and reading the deceptive review, which accused Ashley of endangering a child who was adversely affecting the dining experience of those in a neighboring booth, I felt compelled to speak up. This restaurant is holding people "hostage." Apparently their entire system for credit card payments is completely down especially their table payment machines. Not everyone carries a lot of cash on them unless they plan to spend a lot of cash. This unacceptable. The food is as excepted for this restaurant but I won't be returning to this particular location.
