Chicken parm was quite tasty. The pasta with sausage was kinda meh! The drinks were cold, but so was the service. We had a fun time despite the service. The restaurant seemed to be under staffed. This was the second time I’ve been to this Olive Garden. It’s gone downhill since I first ate here.
I Order online & didn’t even receive all my food then when I call them they told me to come tomorrow for a free soup. Why the hell would I come tomorrow just to receive a free soup when the whole point is to enjoy it with my whole meal. Horrible management clearly and horrible staff if you can’t seem to remember to have all the stuff a customer order in the bag. I spent like 45 damn dollars on me and my wife just to not receive everything.
Alexis was our server. She was SO nice and personable, professional, and efficient.
