We recently ate at Olive Garden and had the unfortunate experience of being served by Jocelyn. From the moment we sat down, she seemed impatient and uninterested in providing good service. Instead of making us feel welcome, she acted as if we were inconveniencing her. Despite them closing late she rushed us through the meal, hovering and making it clear she wanted us to finish quickly.
