We went for an early Mother's Day meal with my Mother in Law. The restaurant and food was great but what stood out was our server, Libby. She was so personable, proactive and made our experience so much better. She anticipated our needs and was just amazing.
I was in the bar area over at one of the tables by the windows. I had ran out of ice water, and I hadn't received follow up from a server for what had to have been ten minutes. Meanwhile, Rachel, the server managing the bar, was engaged in a lengthy conversation with one of the customers at the bar. Rachel seemed oblivious to everything else outside of the conversation, even while walking both inside and outside of the bar area.
