Mr. Kernz Campbell is an outstanding server. Friendly, courteous, smiling and helpful. His attitude reflects great credit upon himself and the restaurant. Thank you for a great lunch experience!
Other than the cutesy teen greeters, the experience at this Olive Garden is average. Most times the food is on par with the typical OG restaurants, and usually you'll get an adequate server. The secret with this location is the secret wait time formulas the teen greeters use. Awsome service ask for Andrew
The receptionists ignored us, we waited there an hour and a half and there were available tables. I guess unless you're wearing anything but Gucci you will get served. The manager apologized, but it didn't make me feel any better that they treated me like a second class citizen. The food was great, but now wonder if anything was done to it on our complain. I suggest going to the Olive Garden in Wyomissing they are excellent with their customer services.
The Olive Garden experience was exceptional. One of my family members got married and decided to celebrate their dinner at the Olive Garden the service was excellent they catered to everyone needs all 20 family members. We all enjoyed our time at the Olive Garden and hope to celebrate their many years to come.
