Our visit started out great. We were greeted and our order was taken right away and the soup and salads came right away. When the food came my side of chicken was missing. The staff apologized and then said the manager would come. The manager never came and I was finished eating when the chicken arrived. Our drinks were never refilled and I was never offered a soup refill. When I complained the staff told me the chicken was removed from the bill, when I complained more they offered a dessert.
