I am a former food industry worker and very respectful and kind when dining out (kinda a pro at that). I requested to sit at the bar since it was just me, being respectful of the restaurant and fellow customers (who else does this?) I was promptly told it was too busy while seeing every single seat at the bar itself (no, not the booths) remain empty and later being seated somewhere meant for up to 4 people. Not happy...
