My pickup time was for 6:11PM on 10/28/25 and I didn’t receive my order till 6:47pm… they had me wait over 30 minutes all because there was no bread ready. They didn’t even bother to communicate that to me till I called. I called the first time after waiting over 25+ minutes and they said it’ll be 5 minutes… 5 turned into another 12. Didn’t even apologize for the wait, didn’t offer anything for the wait. Thanks for wasting my time and having no regard for the customer.
Add ons make the pasta amazing chicken Alfredo with broccoli and shrimp was really delicious. With calimari and mozzarella sticks left me no room for dessert
Realmente no es la primera vez que visito este restaurante porque para mi personalmente es algo maravilloso cenar delicioso y pasar un rato agradable. Sentí que no fui muy bien atendida por parte de la recepción, apesar que era una chica joven y habían 2 chicas a la entrada ella pareció bastante antipática conmigo al indicarle los número en inglés y tratar de corregir en español, sin embargo gracias a la manager y un chico alto se dio pronta solución, pero tuve que esperar algo mas de lo normal,nuevamente informar mis datos ... read more
