Went in for lunch, was told I could sit myself at the bar. I told the waiter 'Good morning'... he said nothing. Waited a few minutes for someone to take our drink order and no one arrived. We left and no one seemed to care. I can fairly say this is both my fourth trip here, and my last. All other encounters have been mediocre so one bad visit was all I needed. There are tons of other places to eat in Rihmond.
