Keeon made things right when Uber Eats dropped the ball. Outstanding customer service and food arrived hot and fresh. Thank you.
Just moved to this area and first time at this location. I gave a 1 star for food because the Chicken Alfredo was very dry, and there was barely enough sauce to cover the dry chicken or even the pasta. I love Olive Garden, and this bad experience won't stop me from eating here, except this location. Update 8/4/26. Oliver Garden did respond back, offered a gift card that I didn't accept cause it wasn't about getting money back. I love Olive Garden and happy they care about customers.
Mr. Quentin (manager) has definitely made a difference. Didn’t have to wait for refills or nothing! Kayla was my waiter. She was very nice and attentive. Upon leaving, I told the manger the paper towel dispenser in the women’s restroom was empty, they got right on it. Pleasant experience! Will definitely return!
