Service was phenomenal all the staff was great haven't seen or received such great customer service in decades from any business!!! From mgmt down to clean up staff all were great. The only reason I'm not giving a prefect 5 across the board was because I requested my streak medium & got it well done. It tasted fine the flavors were there but it was overcooked. Will most def return. Hopefully the chef will learn how to time his streaks.
Meals arrived 5 minutes after the salad was put on the table so the option was to finish the salad and eat a cold meal, or eat a hot meal with a soggy salad. No refills were offered for salad, bread, or drinks. We did get the extra salad dressing and marinara. When asked for a small salad refill, the server looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Body language speaks volumes. I have been here with my family in my birthday and i liked so much. I am not from italy, i am from spain but i thing that they do good italian food.
The food and service was amazing at this location! I would highly recommend coming here!
