My wife go to the Olive Garden on east broadway in Tucson almost weekly and have almost always enjoyed the food and service however on the last couple of visits we have noticed that service has continued to be very good but quality control on the drinks and food have taken a drastic drop First the soft drinks at this restaurant have always been some of the best in Tucson but something has changed and they now taste flat and surgery. Really poor costumer service, stuff did not care about there costumers, I really disappointed about Olive Garden at willowbrook mall at Houston tx, I was trying to talk to Angie I think she is one of the managers in there, I was trying to talked to her, I was trying to talk to her, explain the situation, but she wouldn't let me speak and then she hung up on me.

We had the worst experience at Olive Garden in Salina yesterday. We were sat right away, but for 15 minutes just sitting there while 5 different wait staff walked casually by. Not even a glass of water was offered. We tried to order on the table device and it wasn’t working, but the red alert light to call the wait staff did work. That red light flashed for a whole 5 minutes with staff walking by and side-eyeing it. Another couple came in 20 minutes after us and were sat in a different section. I ordered the Stuffed Chicken Marsala to pick up one ok the other didn’t get eaten. Just not good at all. 3 patties all burned on the bottom one was nothing but stuffing, one was fine through the rd one out. Bread sticks were at least 2 days past there eat by date, salad was cut in such large pieces you had to cut them to get into your mouth.
