The customer service here is terrible! We were treated very poorly. While the food was okay, it definitely could be improved. This was the worst customer service experience we have ever had at any Olive Garden. Server Sage B desperately needs training!
I’d give the Olive Garden in Brier Creek 4 stars—and it was very close to being a 5-star experience! My last visit to Olive Garden was at the Southern Pines location, and after that experience, I will not visit that location again. We had never been to this location in Brier Creek, and decided to give it a try, and I’m glad we did. Our waitress, Jada, did a great job. She was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service.
