While I've had great experiences in the past with Olive during my egg freezing process, trying to actually get another appointment now to use my eggs has been filled with hurdles. From outdated information on the website to an extremely dismissive Patient Care Coordinator, I feel stuck being at a clinic that no longer cares about me, but has all my eggs.
We are currently undergoing examinations at this clinic, so it’s too early to talk about results, but I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff and the doctor who performed my HyCoSy procedure. I had heard that this procedure could be quite painful, but everything went wonderfully! The attitude toward the patient was excellent. Dr Woolnough and her team were amazing. Every Dr we had met during appts and ultrasounds was competent and caring.
I don’t usually leave reviews but I really appreciated them when I was selecting a fertility clinic, so here we are! I will always be grateful to Olive and the incredible team of doctors (especially my main Dr. — Dr. Tallon) for helping me become a mother. While the wait was long to become a patient, I felt well taken care of and confident in my medical team and reassured that they had an innovative in-house lab to ensure the highest level of care when handling my precious embryos. Sadly had a terrible experience at Olive. Had multiple ultrasounds, IUI’s etc there. After 6 months I met with a doctor there who told me “what I had been doing was the equivalent of pissing into the wind” even though all the directions came from his clinic monthly. I switched to PCRM where the bedside manner was night and day, they found the issue on the first ultrasound and I had a beautiful baby boy.
