First impression upon walking in is the fresh smell and cleanliness of the office. The staff is always welcoming, smiling, polite, and helpful with any questions I have. Dr. Chae's professionalism and expertise is top notch and I love the way she explains every process along the way. I have been here numerous times and it's always a pleasure!
