I called twice in December to schedule my first appointment. I was told that I was going to get a call back. No one returned my call. I let it slide since I said maybe because it is closing for the holidays probably they are busy or so. I call in late in January same situation. Left a message with a receptionist or someone maybe in a call center and no one returned my call again. My first ever root canal at age 49, and I was quite worried. Dr. Chae and her all-star staff were fantastic! They did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible, and all went well. While I don't have any other experiences to compare it to, I would still recommend Olive Endodontist to anyone.
