Very slow to maintenance. There’s already limited parking spots but they have had a huge pile of mulch covering half the spots in the back that have been there for almost 4 months now. If anything I would’ve dispersed it within half a day. No way it should take this damn long. Get rid of it or open more parking spots

Lived here for nearly 4 years. It’s such a calm and safe complex & a great side of town to live in. Never had any issues and to have an apartment manager like Mona is top of the list! Any issues I had with my apartment such a little fixings were always fixed right away if not the next day . The maintenance guy as well Louie , he was such a good handy and helpful man! Love this apartment complex and management! I will miss it dearly ! Highly recommend !
Clean grounds with nice landscape, exercise room & laundry room. Nice apartments with a private back patio. Swimming pool too! Covered numbered parking spots for residents & plenty of guest parking.
