Long over due review. Never on time. Whoever they contract out to never show up. Nobody accountable. Work quality poor. I could write a book, but I don't have the time. After paying them an extremely large some of money the secretary threatened to stop a closing on a house I had bought, and I just got the bill for 200.00 in the mail. I gave them two stars as they can build a pretty good deck.

Olive Construction Inc. 8345 130th St. Blue Grass, Ia 52726 Olive Construction has failed to build me the house addition they agreed and were contracted to build. The list of mistakes are numerous. However, I will only illustrate 3 of the most annoying; from least to most. Olive Construction was not aware of codes regarding egress windows in bedrooms.
