I usually see Dr. Ziebarth. I like how she answered questions and her bedside manner. I also like the clinic the, the front desk receptionists, and the medical assistants. A great deal has change with my health since my last visit. I have autoimmune issues and get infusions from donors. With that being said I had an abnormal test. I accompanied my sister to this clinic after she had a transfer request to be seen there. During the visit, the doctor explained how urgent it was for my sister to be transferred to another specialist and emphasized the seriousness of her condition. However, despite the urgency that was expressed, we were told we had to wait for a referral request to be completed before she could move forward. Used to be my favorite place. Dr. Ziebarth figured out why I was miscarrying 3 years ago and got me on medicine. This year I got pregnant again- and the nurse was real rude and told me my levels were fine and I didn’t need that medicine again this time — I went to a new clinic a day later and they immediately prescribed me the medicine. Then A WEEK later OB Womens called me back to tell me I needed to be on the medicine. Dr. McPherson is so good and really listens to all my concerns and gives good answers as well as her nurse Chelsea. I'm glad I found them to go through my first pregnancy with. The wait time usually isn't that bad either, and the rest of the staff is friendly as well.
Expect your wait time in the private room to be at least an hour every time before a doctor comes in. If you have to use the bathroom you'll have to walk all the way across the office in the paper gown while naked underneath. The bathroom is located next to the entrance so men can see you if the entrance is opened. The office manager didn't know where my doctor was when I asked. Apparently they don't care how vulnerable we ladies already feel in there as patients. I won't go back. I did like my Dr., Mrs. Grant. But the rest.... read more
