Used to be my favorite place. Dr. Ziebarth figured out why I was miscarrying 3 years ago and got me on medicine. This year I got pregnant again- and the nurse was real rude and told me my levels were fine and I didn’t need that medicine again this time — I went to a new clinic a day later and they immediately prescribed me the medicine. Then A WEEK later OB Womens called me back to tell me I needed to be on the medicine. Dr. McPherson is so good and really listens to all my concerns and gives good answers as well as her nurse Chelsea. I'm glad I found them to go through my first pregnancy with. The wait time usually isn't that bad either, and the rest of the staff is friendly as well.
Expect your wait time in the private room to be at least an hour every time before a doctor comes in. If you have to use the bathroom you'll have to walk all the way across the office in the paper gown while naked underneath. The bathroom is located next to the entrance so men can see you if the entrance is opened. The office manager didn't know where my doctor was when I asked. I went here for my first and second trimester and changed to moga clinic towards the middle of my third trimester. I didn’t necessarily have a bad experience at this clinic but not a great one either. The front desk staff is pretty nice, Dominique at the front desk was extremely sweet every visit and very helpful. My OBGYN was K. McPhearson and although she was pretty nice and sweet I just didn’t feel like she was best for my care. I genuinely have never had a bad experience in this office. Every single staff member is so incredibly kind. Dr. Grant is so sweet and laid back. She listens and understands. Her nurse, Lindsey, is also so so sweet. 10/10 recommend.
