When I was pregnant with my daughter I was a first time mom and pretty scared. I didn’t know what to expect or what was expected of me. But coming to my monthly OB appointments quickly became the highlight of my pregnancy, besides of course my sweet daughter :) Dr. Hansen at each appointment answered all of my questions with so much respect and knowledge. The staff is wonderful, and I absolutely love Dr. Taylor! She is compassionate, determined, and so positive. The staff is so loving and personable.

They aren't very good with phone hold time....you leave messages and they take forever to call you back. Today I was running late...I've never ran late before...I called and let someone know my appointment was at 1:45pm. I called backed and talked to Dominica and my grace period was complete at 2:00pm. When I called the second time I let her know that I was in the parking lot headed up it was 2:02...she advised that I had to reschedule. Evidently, they have no understanding whatsoever.
