Kept my unit for over 7 months to fix cosmetic damage. Declined battery service because the battery that was in the unit was brand new, 2 weeks old. Called and said my unit was ready. I show up, they tell me the battery is bad so the unit won’t crank and I declined the battery service so they can’t help me. Then one of the mirrors that was ordered on the invoice wasn’t installed and hadn’t even been ordered.
