I hate doing this because this is a reputable and well liked local company which I try to support, but I was thoroughly disappointed your two technicnicians were unable to perform a basic plumbing task of removing a vacuum breaker from the end of the outside spighot without first cutting into my interior wall in order to access and remove the entire spighot...which I refused obviously. And I was charged a service fee just for them coming out to tell me they could not remove it. The next day I called another plumbing company ... read more
