We had the most lovely experience at Olive & Rose, I was so nervous and the girls made me feel completely at ease. Choosing a wedding dress is such a big thing and they were great about me going away to think about it and going back to try them on again with other members of my bridal party at a later date. I had the most lovely experience at Olive & Rose. Carly was so lovely and helpful. Helping me getting into all the dresses, reassuring me and making me feel so confident. It’s a lovely atmosphere here, there was no pressure to decide there and then and was able to go away and think about it and have a second appointment booked to go back in to try on my favourite ones. My mum and bridesmaid enjoyed the experience too. Would 100000000% recommend!
The service and environment that Carly & Bernie have created is just absolutely incredible. They went above & beyond and even ordered my dress in especially for me, which made me feel so special. Their communication was amazing and as someone who asks a lot of questions, their patience and kindness meant the world. The girls at Olive & Rose couldn’t have done more to help me find the dress I’ve been searching for. They genuinely took the time to understand my vision and made the whole experience feel so special. Beautiful store to have my first bridal appointment - Bernadette and Carly were both so lovely, made me and my guests feel at ease and both brought something different to the appointment. I tried on lots of different dresses, didn't feel rushed or pressured at all, and the selection of dresses they have in store are very 'fashion-forward' compared to other bridal stores I have researched/seen.
