Si pudiera poner 0 lo haria, el doctor no fue totalmente honesto con la salud de mi tia y ella fallecio, lo peor es que mas de 10 dias y el no se molesta en firmar el certificado de defuncion y sin ese papel no se puede acceder a las cuentas para pagar las deudas, eso es tener cero humanidad el si cobro los honorarios y deja en el desamparo a 2 adultos mayores que no pueden pagar cuentas solo por no dar una firma que es parte de su trabajo

Carol, who works the front desk and handles referrals, has always been so kind and patient with me when helping with the specialist I see in Dallas. Came in the day before to fill out paperwork and was told I was all set. Came in for my appointment at 11 and was told I couldn’t be seen cause I should have been there 30min early. They said the receptionists work several offices and told me the wrong information. I’ll never set foot in that building again. Very unprofessional and very disappointing after waiting a month to get into the office as a new patient.
