I hired Olivarez House Cleaning to clean a rental property for me. Two ladies arrived during the scheduled appointment time. They seemed pleasant at first, but my first red flag should’ve been when the owner asked me if I was leaving. I had specifically requested that the lower half of the walls be cleaned. To my surprise, they used the same wet mop on the walls that they used on the floors. At no point did they use a vacuum on the floors. Wow! Excellent service, fast communication, and what an amazing deep-cleaning job they did! My daughter's place was badly in need of cleaning after she was injured and couldn't clean for weeks. Tiny apartment with 2 cats, 2 dogs, 2 small kids and 2 working parents. I was worried that no one would touch it, LOL. But they came in and got it done. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!
Olivarez House Cleaning did a move out deep clean for us. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I was so thrilled with the great job they did. I couldn't have hoped for better. I thought their price was very reasonable and I would definitely use them again.
