This Dr will not release your medical records even if you request then from another Drs office. If you want to pick them up yourself it will cost you $45 dollars 😳. But even then I'm not sure I'd get them seeing as she won't even fax to another DR. She is very old school and nothing is online so there is no other way to get your medical history. DO NOT pick as your primary care Dr!!
Dr Olivares is a great physician who genuinely cares about her patients...
I do not recommend this physician, unfortunately Dr. Olivares is cold hearted and doesn't truly care about patient care. Sometimes she feels like helping her patients, other times if her mood happens to be bad that day she cannot even write a letter for someone to be able to have their dog in their apartment for depression. How hard is it to help the patients that she's being paid to help? Truly, if you happen to have a choice, do not come here. Go get yourself a physician who cares there are plenty out there.
