RecommendedLove the atmosphere and service. The couples massage was great and very relaxing to melt away tension with the hot stones. The mud room was fun and relaxing. Really enjoyed the lounge with the tea. Very cool to pick your herbal blends to target your specific needs and concerns.

My sisters and I went to have massages and do the mud room here today. We scheduled a couple days in advance they were very accomadating to what we wanted. The massage therapists very all very kind and we even got to blend our own essential oils for the massage prior to it. The mud room was a neat experience, and it has three 20 minutes parts. The first being putting your mud on, the second being the sauna, and the last was a cold shower to remove excess mud. It was something very different that we had never done before.The ... read more
Everyone in our spa party loved the atmosphere! So relaxing. Our experience began with a warm welcome by Elizabeth, followed by a tour of the salon. We all enjoyed the mud lounge, mini facials & massages. The esthetician, Rachel, and masseuse, Leslie, were both fantastic. Highly recommend!!!
My students gave me a gift card to O.liv at the end of their class and I can’t believe I almost let it expire. I had the most relaxing visit and Ben was so sweet! This was my first massage and he was so thoughtful in making sure I got the experience I waned - essential oil blend, target areas and intensity. I highly recommend this awesome little place!
My husband and I were supposed to go as a couple for the mud room and hot stone massage but he didn't think he would enjoy it so I took my best friend. It was amazing! My masseuse was Ben and I could have taken him home with me. He found every bit of tension I had and rubbed it out. My best friend said that she had never had a better massage and raved about her masseuse too. I will definitely go back! Wonderful staff, very relaxing atmosphere, and great facials! For anyone looking for a great spa experience they should stop in! Also a cute shop in the front with products and Knick knacks. Would definitely return if I find myself in Nashville again (which I’m sure I will!).
Great experience! Left with a smooth face and a relaxed state of mind. This was my first dermaplaning experience and I’ll definitely be back.
