Bought a ring from this store and when it lost rocks i got denied repairs.
In my short two year experience of living in Portage La Prairie, I’ve witnessed this company slowly take over. They recognize that it’s easy to take advantage of run down businesses and homes to make a profit off of a city that is already struggling. overpriced rental properties, overpriced food and products. Be weary of the name Olinas, in all its company forms.
Called about being sized for a ring to know the size I was. I was told they didn't have a ring sizer. A jewelry store without a ring sizer is hard to imagine! I had been refused to get a watch band adjusted as well in the past. Will never be a customer!
Went in for help with finding out my ring size and was turned away because i wasnt purchasing it and they didn't have the tool so they said. Felt very uneasy walking out even after asking to speak to the manager and being told to call back in the evening because she was on a zoom meeting.
Always a great experience at Olinas. Amazing Product, Kind Staff and best of all UNBEATABLE PRICES compared to everyone else in town !
