I called and was pleased to hear I should come in and ideally get my 4 tires installed (purchased somewhere else) in an hour or two tops. This happened but not without friction when I had a guy who appeared an hour into the experience, which changed the pleasant waiting vibe. This guy looked by his mannerisms like he was the owner at best or manager. RecommendedThursday night I was on the way to pick up my daughter in Pasco, noticed going over 275 that my car was handling really hard, checked the tire pressure and it was way low. Pulled off, checked the tire to see a huge screw panicking that its after 5pm and most places are closed. RecommendedHad to have my 1971 Mustang aligned. Being an older vehicle sometimes I'm nervous when someone has to work on my baby. The manager (Dusty Cox) and his technician immediately took the car in and did a great job. The ride home was straight as an arrow. I also observed how well Mr. Cox treated other customers while I waited on mine. This store is a little out of my way but I guarantee I will be back!
