I called and was pleased to hear I should come in and ideally get my 4 tires installed (purchased somewhere else) in an hour or two tops. This happened but not without friction when I had a guy who appeared an hour into the experience, which changed the pleasant waiting vibe. This guy looked by his mannerisms like he was the owner at best or manager. I’ve been here twice in last two weeks and the staff has been helpful, friendly, and prompt. Seriously I can’t thank them enough and if you are in plant city go see them.

I work across the street from Olin Mott and was working late when I discovered that my car wouldn't start. Spence, the owner's son who was working late, walked over to see what was wrong without me even asking! I had asked two other people already with no luck, but he just took initiative to make sure everything was okay. He had it running in a matter of seconds and took the time to show me a quick trick to get from point A to point B. He went above and beyond to take care of me when I was in a really tight spot!
If you are elderly do not go there he will take advantage of you. He put in used parts in my father's car and charged for new parts. Could never repair the car and still charge an outragous amount. We took the car to the dealer and they repaired it no problem.
Vic has always been honest and affordable! Great place for auto repair.
