My family had a deeply upsetting experience with this property after the death of our father, who was a resident there. In November 2025 When we went to the building to retrieve his remaining belongings we had already came and collected most of hi stuff and try to understand what had happened, we were grieving and in shock. My 65 year old husband lives here. I'm 56. We have been separated for over 2.5 years. He forgot how to do what he needed to do for us as a married couple. Whatever. This place is clean, protected by a fob to get in and out. They have cameras in and out of this place. A security beep when you open and close your door. Seems to me like they really care. The olin hotel apartments are excellent. The manager Sherry Wolf is knowledgeable and kind person. The location is good. Very well maintained apartments. I highly recommend. Thank you Olin apartments!
The staff is super helpful as long as you be honest. They want to help folks get stability. This was my dad’s very first apartment at 65 years old after being in prison for so many years and they welcomed to him with open arms. It was unbelievable.
