The olin hotel apartments are excellent. The manager Sherry Wolf is knowledgeable and kind person. The location is good. Very well maintained apartments. I highly recommend. Thank you Olin apartments!
The staff is super helpful as long as you be honest. They want to help folks get stability. This was my dad’s very first apartment at 65 years old after being in prison for so many years and they welcomed to him with open arms. It was unbelievable.

The place is crawling with mice and drug dealers. They let the homeless and fentanyl dealers on Logan St. Like the dude in the glasses he runs things at this senior facility. If you complain, they get mad, so you have to put up with it. Last but not least, bed bugs! Since the new manager, The Olin Hotel is really much worse. The two previous managers kept the drugs outside the building.
