Very rude. Bike was promised to be done by end of the day. Two days later still not done. When I asked about when it would be done they hung up on me and when I called back they hung up again. Will never go back

I brought 2 bikes from Olic. I enjoyed the first one and traded it for a mountain bike, which proves to be a disaster. Anytime I try to shift the bike, the chains come off and the deraileur does not worked. Olic bike owner refused to replace the chains and the deraileur the first time and just pieced it together. The same issue happened again after the first repair. I brought the bike back and now they wanted to charge to fix or replace it, although the owner offered and promised a year warranty. Owner was knowledgeable and sweet as can be. Let me borrow tools to swap out my innertube in the parking lot with no hesitation. You'd be surprised how rude other shops employees are to you. Won't be spending my money anywhere else, thank you again you're a life saver.
