Purchased a car about two years ago approximately. Picked it up and realised they had forgotten to do the car play install so I had to take it back in. After a few weeks of having it I realised the air con wasn’t working on low, just blowing warm air. Took it in and they agreed to fix it. I took my 77 year old dad there to find him another car no staff came outside or approached us as we were almost leaving My dad found a car that he wanted a staff member eventually came over. My dad said I'm interested in this car. He said I just sold this 5 minutes ago. I'm taking it to the workshop.he didn't offer to show my dad something else.
