The only bad thing about having Olgin homes build a house for you is, that if you ever want to move somewhere else you will never find the same level of craftsmanship, value, detail, or extras that David and his son at Olgin homes provide. They definitely raise the bar so high that looking at other homes in the future in the same price range will be extremely disappointing, they're value and bang for the buck is incomparable. Highly recommended 👌
