I’m really disappointed with this experience. Between a major scheduling delay and a lack of transparency regarding the final price, the professionalism just wasn’t there. I expected Oksana to handle the job, but the team that arrived missed the mark on the "deep clean" quality I was promised. Management did reach out the next day to try and make things right after seeing this review, which I appreciate, but I wish that same level of care had been shown when I first shared my feedback privately.
