I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Despite her claimed 11 years of experience, my hair was severely damaged and burnt during the highlight treatment. I had even informed her a few days prior that my hair had been highlighted just two month ago and expressed my concerns about potential damage. She reassured me it would be fine.
