Went in as a new donor couldn’t be seen make sure you have a physical copy of your social security card and proof of address and ID wish I knew that before only had my ID and they system to identify people was down so they need physical copy
Andia is one of the most Harding working employees in this establishment. I’ve been there times where she was alone in the morning and her dedication to olgam deserves recognition. She always runs when anyone needs helps and is always asking if you’re okay during and after donation. She truly is a pleasure to be around and is for sure my go to.
If I could leave negative three stars for Phil, I would. He is uncaring, unkind, not respectful, and shrugs off complaints made by the people about his staff. I found out he was the manager a few visits ago and was literally shocked. Life is already hard. Putting people in power who do not care about us “poor” folk is wild. He doesn’t control the staff that does need some controlling and he can’t help or worry about our grievances.
