Wasted my time coming here. Their website clearly says to bring any piece of mail with my name and address on it which I did but the person helping me refused my mail and said it had to be a utility bill or lease. Not at all what the website says. Also, their website says highest payout in NYC. New donors get $60. HUGE waste of time
Im giving Olgam Life 5 starts in overall. But today I am saddened to say that my experience was not a good one. Most of the time when I go to this location, I prefer Kadeja, to handle my arm because history has proven that she is one of the 2 employees that can draw blood from my arm for little to no pain. Last week, Kadeja was not available at the moment, that lead to approximately 4 staff members to attempt to draw blood. Once Kadeja was available, she was able to handle my situation with no issue. Very unprofessional, Very homophonic , and Disrespectful to the patients they also have workers who don’t know anything they doing always got to call the ambulance for someone be hiring anyone to work here. I will be reporting this place I will not be taking this lightly. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!
Is super professional they make everything super easy to understand everything is super clean is calm and quiet up here and I felt super comfortable five stars out of five a 10 out of 10 and everybody should come over here
