I don’t know how this place is in business. It’s always empty! And when you try to give them business they lie and say you need an appointment. Which is a damn lie since I’ve been there twice before without.

My mother went to this salon and they completely botched her hair. They neglectfully applied extensions and had her leaving like a disaster. I ubered her to another hair salon and they had to cut all her hair off because her hair broke from it completely! I called Olga’s rightfully upset and complained on her behalf and all they did was say ok and hung up on me. This place is absolutely horrible and didn’t even offer to fix it.
