The secretary is awfully rude. I don’t recommend this Dr at all. The Dr is even more Rude than the Staff. Front desk should be re trained on how to be respectful to patients. Now the signs of we don’t tolerate this and that towards our staff make sense. Who knows how many patients have the same issue with the same staff. Worst part is that Dr. Tverskaya don’t want to hear about it. She would not even let you talk about this, I complain about her attitude since day one but the Dr always minimize my experience in her office.

I do not dislike Dr. Olga but I have to admit her approach to her patience is quit negligible, saying she is a good Dr. is a stretch. Her lack of attention and constant typing on her computer is extremely strange and raises red flags. I have bipolar and needed to get a second option from Mass general in Boston and for some reason they wanted a referral from my PCP which I knew was going to be a nightmare. I love Dr Olga she’s a smart, wonderful, concerned physician !! She’s also done her residency at Miriam - I know Drs who worked with her there and highly recommend her as an extremely competent intelligent caring physician ! She’s Russian so many might think her personality is direct 🎯 and I also that too about her ! No mincing words !! Yes she has a busy office and so does any other great doctor ! She’s smart !
