Arrive 10 minutes late to service appointment due to traffic accident and doctor declined to provide medical support. Behavior of front desk personal was disrespectful and rude. Walk-in visits are not granted, nevertheless facility policies allow to walk-in when immediate service is required. Not a medical facility to recommend to other people
Dr. Kuchmak Allowing my sons continued suffering is torture and inexcusable. He is unable to function in his current condition. She refuses to take time to review his medical history and inaccurately indicates his use of past medications. She continuously advises him to seek specialist, which has been completed - she would be aware of these facts if she had reviewed his medical records. Olga Kuchmak, does not listen to her patients or care what her patients are going through. I was a patient of Dr. Grace, I was happy being treated like a human being by Dr. Grace. For some reason Millennium got rid of Dr. Grace, and I got stuck with Olga Kuchmak,, who tells me that the medication I’ve been taking for nine years she doesn’t feel comfortable prescribing or stepping me off of it instead of allowing me to be in full-blown detox. Coming from a country where the healthcare system is way more superior than here in USA and Dr actually really care, I struggled a lot here in the USA to find a good and caring doctor. Dr Olga reminds me of home. Someone that truly cares and takes its time. I feel taken care of and heard. Great physician. Once you passed the front desk which could practice more friendly and welcoming attitude, you can be assured that you are in good hands.
